All Web Hosting charges must be pre-paid. In other words, if you decide to pay quarterly, you must pay at the start of your quarterly period. If you pay annually, you must pay at the beginning of your yearly period. If you are not using automated credit card payment (see below), you will receive an invoice for your next period of hosting two weeks before the period begins. Payment is due by the start of the hosting period. If payment is not received by close of business on the due date, your hosting service will be suspended until payment is received. For this reason, we encourage everyone to use automated credit card payment. (Note that month-to-month hosting customers must use automated credit card payment.)
Automated credit card payment is available to all hosting customers and is required for customers wishing to pay on a month-to-month basis. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards. To sign up for automated credit card payment, please download the form found here, fill it out and fax or mail it back to us.
